High School Highlights:
1993-1996: played O-line and D-line on my high school team (West Scranton, Scranton PA).
1996: Earned a scholarship to the University of Wisconsin

College Highlights:
1996: red-shirted as a defensive lineman at Wisconsin
1997: switched to offensive line
Started every game in the four years in my college career at left guard
Only the 3rd player in Big Ten history to start all 50 games in a career
Earned 1st team All Big Ten junior and senior year (1999 and 2000)
Earned All- American status senior year
Blocked 3 yrs. for Heisman winner Ron Dayne
Blocked for Wisconsin running backs to rush for almost 5 miles on the ground
Blocked for 4 straight 1,000 plus yard rushers
Played in 4 bowl games in his career while winning 3 of them
Won 2 Big Ten Championships and 2 Rose Bowls Titles
Member of the ONLY Big Ten team to win Back to Back Rose Bowls
Was invited to play in the East West Shrine game and the Hula Bowl following his college career
2001 graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in History

NFL Experience:
Was selected with the 105th pick (fourth round) of the 2001 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers to play both guard and center “01”-“03”
2002: was a special teams starter on kickoff return and PAT field goal / saw action on the o-line as a backup / was a starter at tight end in the goal line and short yardage packages
2004: spent the off season with the Washington Redskins
2004 – 2005: was signed by the Carolina Panthers and spent the last year and a half of my career playing guard and center.
